Honestly the National archives needs to do a better job keeping tracks of their SHEETS!!
I realize the National Archives will say anything to defend their work, however, they are an ineffective and inefficient government department. They have bureaucracy and ineffective practices. This is normal for any democratic country (USA,Canada, England, Australia, etc.). Bureaucracy is created so that a democracy’s government is accountable. Files will always be missing regardless who party is in power.
Is there such a thing as an efficient government department?
