With the “build back better” line, I caught that too … but he corrected it as he was saying it. If you listen to it again, he says, “We can’t just build back better … build back … we have to build back better.” This was kind of clumsy and likely went unnoticed by a lot of people but I think he meant to say, “We can’t just build back … we have to build back better.” Listen to it again.
