6. sssssoooooo how the hell did the cops lose a truck that size? Isn’t protocol to back off and stay at a distance until they stop or get out and run, If the chase is a danger to the public. No police helicopters in Winnipeg? Just doesn’t make sense how they could lose the truck and the robbers get away
