As a black woman in the US, I DO NOT want to go back to the 70’s! Things still aren’t the best nor are they equal but I certainly don’t want to go backwards.

In my opinion it’s all about money. No taxation would be fine with Republicans. No national parks, no interstate highways, no air traffic control, no defense department, no government. They get to keep ALL their money. Anyone not making it can jump off a high cliff. As long as you have your guns then we’re safe! Anyone who rings your doorbell gets shot. Fear reigns. Greed is dominant.
@GlenRight on. I live in bizarre shrinking small city in southern Indiana. The cult has held a stronghold here. The crazy Q movement basically started here. For generations entire extended families have moved to Florida. I know 15 insurrectionist that were rounded up by the FBI. Is impossible to determine how many former residents were also at J6. I’m in a very small minority here. I happen to know first hand that extreme magas will not lift a finger to help me to save my life. I have and will continue to help the red hat crowd. I know however that I can never trust any of them again.
A fisherman’s boat capsizes in the storm and he left floating in the water.
Another fishing boat approaches him, and the fisherman turns them down, he said that God will save him.
Twice more fishing boats offer to help twice more. He turns them down, he said God will save me. The fisherman then drowns.
Now the fisherman is in heaven standing before God. He asked God why did you turn away from me at the worst moment in my life. And God said I sent you help three times.
He’s absolutely right! We’ve kept our Democracy alive by dumping our bias by the wayside…and reaching out to our neighbors to help us stand together…to help each
other go forward in unstable times.

Met Winkler at a NYC area flea market. Really. One of the nicest people you would ever want to meet.
As we visited, passersby started to notice who I was talking to. A crowd gathered around and then the autograph seekers took over. I shook hands goodbye and wished him well. After all these years, the man has fans.
I hear he has a great Roy Orbison tattoo, just don’t tell his Mama!
We met him in Orlando earlier this year. He is absolutely the nicest down to earth guy. Genuine!❤

Yes sir. Yes sir. 💚🙏🏽 We need to say this more. Drown out the hate that ensued and has devoured the nation beginning in 2016. We used to have our differences and keep our head down and give common courtesy. I didn’t know who hated the color of my skin or political standing en mass like I have since 2016. Ive always seen racial discrimination. But never as scary as it is today. Racists used to be that in private. Work with the rest of us and went home. Not anymore.
And this wonderful thought will disappear with one of two words…
