Okay, he said he stood in line for (1) hour, gets a ballet and then decide that he can’t do this. Let me tell you what I think. I believe he went there to vote for Walker and his conscious couldn’t allow him to vote for either black man. It pained him that he only had two choices, and each person was a black man. That’s why he was in line for an hour, he was struggling to make a choice…and he couldn’t so he left.
He stated that in the previous round he chose neither, because he opposed Warnock’s policies out of principle and Walker did not seem qualified.

I thought that voting was a good thing. Maintaining that you stood in line and did not vote is like an advertisement against voting. A leader says: you need to vote for the candidate that will best represent your interests. He decided that he felt too strongly about Conservative policies to vote for Warnock, as he had felt in the previous round, but that Walker had not earned his vote either, as he had previously described.
