Did you even heard the case? The off duty cop purposely drove into where they were protesting after posting about wanting to shoot a protester. Pointing and firing is not the same thing and this guy was an agitator to people protesting in a state where anyone can bare arms. The court and jury found him guilty but the governor wants to pardon him before he us even sentenced.

Who gains from this man being returned to prison? It only costs more to house him there. He is leading a productive life and even if you think he did commit the crime, isn’t 30 years enough? For a Country that claims to be Christian the US views of forgiveness and grace seem to be the absolute opposite.

The man held down a job and got himself a good woman while he was freed. He poses NO threat to anybody. Why even waste taxpayers dollars to send him back for a crime he didn’t commit seems like a crime in itself. I call BS.
