Court systems need to start treating everyone equally. Racism and bias of any kind needs to stop, it has no place in law and order. Say no to Racism.
@George Skinner puppet? Who?
@TJ Rage sure but that’s where lawmakers come in. They need to stop being self serving, they need to be held to account and regulated to work for the people and not against them.
@Filip dahlberg you
Ha. Tell that to your former President because he seems to be. No one is above the law especially when it comes to black people… Well that is the history of the U.S. if he committed the crime and it is without any doubt let justice be served if he is innocent which happens way too often where is this system of Justice.
Definitely heartbreaking … lost for words! ❤❤❤ to you and your family!
There is no justice and I have zero trust in our system.
The tests & trials we face are not what you think they are- like justice or racism. But to see if you are going to rely on Him! Give God Honor & Glory🙏🏼🕊praying always with thanksgiving & His will ❤️🩹
@Tom It’s all a test, the choices you make, all a test. The world appears to have gone a little crazy more than usual, not just America. In my world, God is all we have to rely on!
TrollinWithFacts Plenty of people don’t due the crime, and do the time! Let’s hope it doesn’t happen to you!
Loosing the little faith I had daily
How was he convicted in the first place, with no evidence and recanted testimony?
When they that justice is blind they’re talking about a statue. People are not statues. They have biases and prejudices.
Becaus Florida
The first time around was because of his skin color and I wouldn’t be surprised if the second time around is the exact same reason….. the explanation of Ashley Moody is total BS… If she would have stated that she has evidence that proves he is guilty, then no issue…. but the reasoning just smells bad as to why she appealed this in the first place !!!! who the fk does this to an innocent person if there is proof he is innocent ??? His lawyer better figure it out real quick !!!!!
@osiruskat that’s so not what the blindfold stands for
He’s black. That’s all it took.
Sending him back to prison is cruel and unusual punishment for something he did not do and the facts support his claim of innocence. It’s not right and they know it.
@Lyn Ingle Does Connor’s father know you are trying to kill him 2 or does he think it’s just me? Not that he would care since he has been jealous of him since he was born he is probably hoping to get rid of both of us.
,@Lyn Ingle Did you give Doug HIV 2? Serves him right if you did.
@Lyn Ingle Apparently you have spread that 2 half of the USA and abroad.
,@Lyn Ingle I bet you gave it to all of them. And it couldn’t have happened to better people either.
,@Lyn Ingle I bet you gave it to a bunch of Maga officials and celebs 2
Man the evil that goes on in America
TrollinWithFacts he was found to be innocent 😔
💯!
This is appalling!
Even if he did committed the crime, he has already spent 3 decades in prison.
He should be rewarded millions of dollar for this horrendous injustice. This country makes me sick!!🤮
Meanwhile in Texas Governor Abbott is trying to pardon a man convicted of murder at a black lives matter protest
Yea, but that is logical and makes sense regardless of whether you side with his beliefs. If you support his beliefs, you would then therefore support his actions
Did you even heard the case? The off duty cop purposely drove into where they were protesting after posting about wanting to shoot a protester. Pointing and firing is not the same thing and this guy was an agitator to people protesting in a state where anyone can bare arms. The court and jury found him guilty but the governor wants to pardon him before he us even sentenced.
@It’s Me Mario misinformation
Who gains from this man being returned to prison? It only costs more to house him there. He is leading a productive life and even if you think he did commit the crime, isn’t 30 years enough? For a Country that claims to be Christian the US views of forgiveness and grace seem to be the absolute opposite.
Exactly! 30 yrs should have been more than sufficient of a punishment. But this is how the USA rolls………& we all know why! 🤷♀️
@Rachel Kristine and its a punishment for something he didn’t even do!!
Sad. This Gentleman is being used as a Pawn in Florida politics. 💯
Yep, no pardon will come down for this man from Florida’s governor.
Exactly. That is what it is.
It is despicable that people like this get elected.
You got to be kidding me! The US legal system is so trashed
@Love JetFuel stupid overgeneralization you make but I do get your anger of this decision. It is totally wrong. Note the amazing man is not bitter or angry.
Makes Florida’s justice unjust and racially motivated-at least in this case!
I got a better idea: toss those appellate judges into prison instead.
This is just the American injustice system working exactly the way its supposed to, especially when it comes to black men.
Kudos to DeSatan for turning the Sunshine State into an autocratic culture war hellhole!
That’s inhumane! You took his rights away and continue to threaten his freedom. Justice ⚖️ needed. We are all watching and praying 🙏
How about the FL DA goes after the criminal in Mar-A-Lago, instead of torturing and trying to pin a crime on a man without any evidence?
Exactly Hellooooooooooo!!!!!!
Agree
The meek shall bear the weight of the sins committed by the mighty disproportionately.
Maybe we the people need to hold the Florida DA accountable.
In this political climate…that will never happen.
@osiruskat well, that DA was elected. Petition for a recall, or vote them out.
Wow, it’s heartbreaking what is happening to this man!
The man held down a job and got himself a good woman while he was freed. He poses NO threat to anybody. Why even waste taxpayers dollars to send him back for a crime he didn’t commit seems like a crime in itself. I call BS.
To top it all off, he knows he’s going back behind bars and decided to spend the last of his time at church.
@Carl Savage All we got is God and Family .
Heartbreaking. This seems like an injustice.
I hope all goes well for this man and his family
