Reduce guns and crime over time, not overnight:
– Amend the 2nd Amendment (“militia” “arms”)
– Make it harder (age, background etc) to buy
– Ban AR-15s, similar weapons (reduce w/ time)
– Increase sentence for illegal guns
– Embarrass suspect(s) to reduce copycats
– Pay cops same as pilots to improve quality
– Build more prisons to demonstrate oversupply
– Reform the bail policy; lock repeat offenders
– Shame, recall judges and DAs who reduce sentences
an AR15 is just 1 squeeze 1 bullet. No different from a pistol. Which pistols are used 7-10 times and is the leading one used in school massacrers
Actually agree harsher punishment for criminals. But guess who is for light sentencing? Democrats
Paying cops more doesnt nothing. Need higher standards, better training and move cops to different units. Just like the military does youll know if the person knows their job or is bad. Keeps people on their toes and do better.

I say: Why do you say that? Why should either the citizen be afraid of the government or the government be afraid of the citizen? Can’t these two entities work to support each other? Isn’t it better for both perhaps to cast a watchful but not a distrusting eye over the other’s actions?
I support a government that does for me what I cannot do for myself. I therefore think the government allows me to have things I could not have if I alone tried to arrange them. I therefore think a government that serves my needs is a government that works for me. What’s wrong with that?
