Commuting along the E.O. Leblanc Highway has been made easier as the three major bridges damaged through the passage of TS Erika have been reconstructed. The over 50 million dollar project to rehabilitated 45km of roadway along the west coast of Dominica was made possible through the Government of the Peoples' Republic of China.
