  1. No man is above the law. What more does he need to do to get indicted ? Shoot someone on 5th avenue? 😟. Everyone should be the same under the law!

    1. Please remember the thousands of laws that have to be covered, managed. No loopholes allowed. The prevPrez45 and administration traveled all-the-time all-over-the-place. They carried items, boxes and other people. The DOJ has thousands of lawyers, they need to be extra savvy and accurate.

    2. @Mark Brooks is pretty weird there is a rise in accounts made in early to mid 2022 who seem to comment more on here makes me think that the accounts are trying to promote something or cause civil unrest

    3. @Unfinished Sentenc That post was crystal clear, and flawless English. Your English *comprehension* is what’s failing.

    4. On October 23, 2019, Trump’s personal attorney, William Consovoy, told Judge Denny Chin in Federal Appeals Court in New York City that Trump could not be investigated by local authorities while he is in office, even if he murdered someone on Fifth Avenue. This is according to an article in The Guardian by Lauren Aratani.

  2. The fact that Trump was once the President of the United States baffles me. He was, and still is, the laughing stock of the world.

    1. Especially those who vote and supported him. Like Vladimir Putin, Trump had proven how propaganda lies and false conspiracy is so powerful and so dangerous.

    2. @Kurt Aye, was a sad day to see the world’s leaders laughing at the “most powerful man in the world”. 🤣🤣

    3. @Emery Coppola Jr. Why would he need to travel outside the U.S ? I’m not American, so I’d like to see your reasoning on that !!!!

    4. @Unfinished Sentenc Infrastructure bill. Protection of gay rights bill, American Rescue Plan, assassination of the Al Qaeda head, strengthen global alliances against commie Russia in support of Ukraine, HISTORICALLY low unemployment rate, Inflation Reduction Act, minimum corporate tax on the WEALTHIEST corporations in America, lower prescription drug prices.

NOW what EXACTLY did your orange clown and 3rd rate QVC trading card salesman hero do???

    1. @Donny Hathaway  If you want to have a honest opinion about Trump.
Look at some of his early interviews. He’s hasn’t changed he spoke about the corrupt politicians.
He watched America’s treasures going off shore to globalist.
Trump is not a politician that’s why the swamp hates him.
Nothing more Nothing less. America first

    2. @August West lol. The republican party is now going to eat him alive – MAGA will follow the path of the Tea Party. Americans don’t want extremists

    1. They will because they have to. They aired 35 hours convincing the public he committed sedition. They’re just s-l-o-w

    2. I’m surprised they haven’t recommended that he be charged with the JFK assasination. Democrats are useless….

  3. Yes some people have got convicted and have received prison time yet the true perpetrators of this entire mess that had the most to gain are still free and many were reelected to office, shameful.

    1. The 34 traitors at least should be forcibly removed with arrest warrants. They must be held accountable, not heading up bogus investigations

    2. @E Major It just shows how much Trump and his GOP associates and the rightwing media have corrupted our systems of government that their being coddled and protected by the Constitutional safeguards that they were trying the best to destroy.

  4. A shield from prosecution cannot be ‘candidacy in an election’. If that were true all defendants would run for office. How can you swear to uphold the law and violate it at the same time ? he cannot be sworn in.

    1. The funniest part is that apparently you can declare for an office years in advance of the election (according to Trump).

    2. It’s not about law. Not about elections. It’s about Trump threatening Domestic Terrorism under another plausible, to Trump supporters, excuse. This is his trying to make a “nice Country ya gots here. Bes a shame ifs ….’ deal. AKA Extortion.

    3. I agree. Trump may be counting on being able to drag out the prosecution and appeals until he takes the oath of office as president on January 20, 2025. According to two memos from the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel, one from 1973 and one from 2000, a sitting president cannot be indicted, and the department regards these memos as binding. The statute of limitations for any relevant conduct may have expired by the time Trump has left office.
On the other hand, Trump may be counting on his status as a candidate to protect him. He will claim that the Biden Justice Department is conducting a witch hunt in order to weaken Trump’s challenge to Biden. No doubt Trump’s allies in Congress will make that argument. But from what I have seen in the press, Biden has not gotten involved with decisions of the Justice Department. I think the “witch hunt” charge will only persuade people who would have voted for Trump anyway, regardless of the charges against him.

    4. Cops swear to uphold the law and simultaneously violate it CONSTANTLY!…. what makes Trump any different?….

    5. The fact is that he swore to up hold the law in 2016. and since then he has broken the law. that should nullify his Presidency, so it would turn out that he was never a President. and it would eliminate him from being a President ever again. but the truth is our justice system is broken.

  5. “Presidents are not Kings and Trump is not the President.” ~Judge Chutkan~

    Best quote in 2021!😊✌💙💙💙

    1. Dilly Dally Garland had two years to charge the traitors responsible for a coup. Dilly Dally is either incompetent, corrupt, or chickenshit. Justice is being denied to We The People. Something smells at the D.O.J.

    1. Obstructing justice for crimes you haven’t specified and evidence you haven’t produced.

Let’s see how that works out for you.

  6. Justice in this country is a joke. Any normal person would already be in jail long ago. Garland is talking out of his butt when he says nobody is above the law. Either charge the loser now or get off the pot.

    1. According to Donald Trump America is a joke! I whole heartedly agree! The justice department is stalling and looking stupid. Justice delayed is justice denied especially in the USA where many statue of limitations work in Trumps favor. I say fire Merrick Garland and replace him with Leticia James!

    2. @Tyrone Shoelaces yup! Germany and Peru shut down insurrection quickly and have arrested and charged everyone involved yet in the good ol’ USA the only people facing justice are the average citizen who were misled and lied too whereas the politicians involved are free men some who have admitted on live tv to their planning and execution of the attack and assault on the constitution.

    1. @hope4now. Why is Biden not in jail? God knows all his wrongs. His 10% and his daughters diary. Answer that one.

    2. I’m no Judge Judy, but last time I checked a crime and evidence comes before jail.

Start there and get back to me.

  7. “Trump insiders” means CNN talking heads. How many many times do you think the populace will lap us this anti-Trump bill shyte?

  8. Let’s not indict him before the midterms….or before Thanksgiving…..or before X-mas…..or before New Years……or before Valentines Day……or before St. Patricks…………the list goes on…

    1. You’ll need to do your own independent research for the answer to that.

They don’t mention that on the fake news.

    1. And Rod 👆🏼 still doesn’t see it!
      Buy some collector cards Rod!
Send the “billionaire” your pay check Rod!

    1. @You Tuber no that isn’t what happened because he screwed that up as well
But he did attempt to stay in power after losing all legal means after the votes were certified and the courts had ruled
