Not full real employment , only by definition (based on numbers in workforce NOT seeking jobs)
Economics is fun. Always be looking at the brighter side of things. One thing I don’t understand is; why do persons keep on the same pay level for all their lives and they complain about how much they output, meaning their output is not matching their pay level, why does this happen when they say they are equipt for more work and higher salary? This brings down the level of certainty among young people whether or not they should stick with corporate or governmental work agencies. How to grow is awesome. What is the logistics behind this. He said that the GDP is not growing by much, does this mean profits are a tie in non growing pay levels?
Also bear in mind that ppl are leaving this country in droves. Just found out that a distant relative of mine migrated for work. People are going to go where they think is in their best interest. As for full employment. That does not factor in the persons who lost their jobs in Covid and have gone into the informal sector to do a ‘juggling’ to make ends meet. There are ppl who are actively looking for work and then there are others who prefer to do their own thing.

Fun thing about economics is people cant get raises because the company has to think about cost of equipment , energy and produce. Thats why theres alot of complaints about “growth” because companies dont have the resources to invest in other fields.
