  1. When you have a friend who chose not to go back to her home in Ukraine just yet because of the threat of war, and her parents live in a suburb of Kyiv (don’t know which one) this hits home really hard. This would be like my visiting another country and then finding out the suburbs of Portland have been flattened and its residents executed.

    1. @Ser Winzzalot you did not specify the terror of those left face to face with the horror or War. You only went for the HIM who knew he was to die. We are seeing men who have faced the ugliness and survived. Some with their wives, some without, but with children, including young infants. You appeared to be accusing the writer (no relation to my knowledge) of caring only for the Woman, discounting any man. The dead are beyond mental and physical pain. The living are the ones who must carry it and that the living world must help.

    2. @aj I do …….you remember that ship “Ukraine” fired a cruise missile at in a port controlled by Russia and we all watched it burn better than Russian personnel carriers…? Well you wont have to remember for long , some new images care of “Ukraine ‘s cruise missile technology …lol” will be coming right along !

    3. @Alternative Headlines Fairly certain eradicating what left that trail of human debauchery we are now witnessing is in the planets interests , and I vote we liquidate it just to be on the safe side !

  2. For 20 years Putin has strutted the world stage, posing as a legitimate head of state.
Many national leaders tolerated him and even appeased his wishes for Russia to be accepted as a legitimate functioning valid nation.
    This was a mirage.
The economy was flat. The only citizens achieving success were the protected oligarchs.
The plundered and stole from their own economy and people.
Russia is nothing less than an autocratic state, serving only a few, while the majority are denied any form of personal opinion and expression .
This is the moment in history Putin had dreamed of, a glorious Russian empire, feared by the world and stubbornly refusing to abide 21 century universal rights and norms.
Putin wants HIS NATION to retreat into a 19 century country of serfdom and exhalted elites. A nation where Putin is the new pseudo
Tzar. He has long held delusions of grandeur.
He IS A CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER TO WORLD ORDER.
He must be removed by any means possible.

    1. @UNEDITED of course we could. We could wipe them from the face of the earth. True “warriors” would have done that….

  3. World will not forget, and not forgive what Russian did ! Its not all about Putin, now we see how strong Russian people are approving this, by just hating west and humanity. (Only exception are few percent who were jail for protesting or keeping fight in shadow, and they deserve our help as much as Ukrain People)

    1. @Criss Cross Applesauce There was no enemy alliance approaching the Russian border. Who told you that? Little Pootie?

    2. @Caryn Schwengel Caryn, i’m assuming that you started to observe Russian – Ukranian realationship since February 24 and i’m also assuming that you might didn’t even know exactly where Ukrain is before that date ,if you’re intersted you can study NATO’s extension during last twenty years and delve into history of Russian – Ukranian realationship.

    1. Whether or not the United States sends offensive weapons to Ukraine in the next three days will prove that the contribution to global democracy is verbal or real. These three days are very sensitive days for the Ukrainian army and will have a historical impact..

  4. I don’t afraid russian occupants, I’m scared of what they have done in other Ukrainian cities. We all share that feeling, because many of us have friends and relatives in different parts of Ukraine. I’m grateful that world media finally shows the truth how it is, without any political censorship.

  5. How does a nation that commits such hideous crimes against Ukraine civilians get to remain on the UN Security Council?

    1. @da sa ARE YOU FOR REAL? Because Putler and his subhumans tortured and killed Ukrainians in Donbass for 8y, means that they still can do it??????? Are you trying to justify these atrocities?

  6. So heartbreaking, my heart burns and aches for them. Absolutely horrendous what they are doing, especially to children!! May those responsible be gutted and hung!

    1. The last genocide in Europe was not that long ago, (Srebrenica Genocide – 1995). Just because Europe experienced a few decades of peace, it didn’t mean that war wouldn’t happen again.

    2. If you for a second think this will be the last conflict in modern world. You might want to hold on to your hat

  7. It’s WWII all over again. I grew up on stories of Russian atrocities in Poland. The Russians are just as brutal now as they were then.

  8. I’m so broken after seeing what Russian troops could do to innocent civilians.
    My heart just aches.

  9. What an insult to the world’s intelligence! So, innocent children, the elderly, and other citizens tied their hands behind their own backs, tortured and mutilated the bodies, and shots themselves in the back of their own heads. Not to mention the raped and murdered women.

God be with the dead, and the survivors.

    1. It makes me sick witnessing this and these people do not get enough help. It makes me sick Putin can not be stopped. All the filth of this world makes me sick.

    3. Damn with threats of nuclear war , I don’t want to live in a world that stands by and does nothing.

  10. And this is only the beginning. Can’t even imagine what cities like Mariupol and Charkiv will look like after these covardly murderers are chased out 😭 🇺🇦 🌻

  11. Makes me sick.. and to think that this is happening innocent men, women, and children. I can’t imagine the pain of such torture and heartache.

  12. All I can thing is “What is wrong with these people?” It’s too horrible to even imagine. The cruelty, I just don’t understand it.

  13. This is soo heartwrenching. The atrocities committed here are unforgivable. The Russian government can lie but they cannot hide from the cold hard truth of the evil done to these innocent people.

  14. This is not human! A person who orders something like this to be done, and still continues to do it, has psychological problems. I feel a lot of pain to see innocent people end up like this. I can imagine the terror of these victims.
