1. Why in 2015 did he turned down the purchase of 16000 ventilators and PPE Inventory as recommended by his own Dept of Health and why did he not purchased a sufficient number of ventilators or PPEs every year since that time?
2. Why did he promote Chinese New Years’ public celebrations during a pandemic into late February ?
3. Why did he take the lead against the US travel ban on China on January 31st ?
4. Why did Governor wait 6 weeks to rescind his order of forcing Nursing Homes to take C-19 infected patients, resulting in over 6400 Nursing Home Deaths? Why didn’t he use the federally built hospitals and/or the hospital ship , which both were significantly underutilized, to house these Nursing Home C-19 infected patients ??? “Death Camp Commandant Cuomo “ is what the families of the 6400 Nursing Homes victims are calling him now.
5. Since he cannot blame the federal government for insufficient ventilators or hospital beds ( both needs were well met) and since he is now blaming the federal government for the Nursing Home deaths due to their guidance, why then did he wait 6 weeks to counterman that guidance , which he put into practice through his original order ?? He has the blood 6400 Nursing Homes Patient who die because of his incompetency and arrogance
6. What does he say to the Black New Yorkers who have been devastated by this virus thanks to his mismanagement of this pandemic in NY

Tennessee receives $166,000.00 for EACH diagnosed case of covid. That’s more than enough incentive for them to inflate the numbers. Tennessee has reported 217,412 cases. They have received about $37BILLION …..so far. That’s just one state. New Mexico, now in full lockdown gets $171,000.00 per covid case.
Cuomo sent sick people into nursing homes while 5000 beds went empty in the Javits Center and Naval Medical ship Trump sent.
