Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced March 20 that all New York residents must stay home "to the maximum extent possible."
Cuomo called the order the "New York State on PAUSE" plan, and it bans all nonessential gatherings of individuals "of any size for any reason."
Residents can leave their homes for solitary exercise or to obtain essential services or items, including trips to the grocery stores.

I live in North Carolina… I find myself looking too New York Governor, Andrew Cuomo for valuable information about this horrible situation that is our unfortunate reality right now…. I instinctively seek out someone that knows what’s going on that can then explain it in such away that makes me feel confident that we are a great nation and we will prevail.I appreciate and respect the fact that when he is not sure or doesn’t know something he actually says just that!!! At this point I don’t know much about this man, but going off of what I have experienced during these press conferences that he gives, If he were running for president he would have my vote!!!!! Thank you for all that you do Governor Cuomo and to all the people working on the front lines on every level, Thank you from the depths of our nation’s heart!!❤🤍💙💯🔥
