  1. All the comments revolve around elected officials making their decisions about impeachment based solely upon their own reelection. What happened to truth and justice? Throw the bums out.

    1. The most egregious example is former President Barack Obama’s quid pro quo with Moscow during his 2012 campaign for re-election. On March 26th, at the Nuclear Security Summit in Seoul, Obama pledged to outgoing Russian president and Putin-proxy Dmitri Medvedev that if Moscow gave him “space” (i.e., forestalled antagonizing its neighbors) he would have greater “flexibility” after the election regarding concessions on missile defense shields in Europe. Mitt Romney’s campaign had emphasized the dangers posed by Russia’s escalating bellicosity, and Obama’s softness toward Russia (even after its invasion of Georgia) was an electoral liability.

    2. @Vincent Graham Vincent, GOP members declared everything presented in the House was “heresay”, which is largely correct. However, “heresay” will be admissable during the Senate Trial, as it often is during Federal proceedings. In fact, the many former prosecutors and lawyers now in Senate have likely successfully built their careers arguing to get getting heresay admitted as “heresay evidence”. Yes, that is a real thing. Looking back at the House proceedings, they did a fine job at identying multiple independent and corroborating sources based on this admissable evidence.

    3. Again the cult of Trump showing their true colours. Trump is a criminal but it’s okay by them. Fools 🤦🏻‍♀️

    1. But that’s where your ideology comes from. You would feel more comfortable if you had a time machine and went there. Soviet Union is your land.

    1. there ought to be some kind of IQ tests that you have to take before you become a senator or a congressman person cuz he Democrat women are stupid as hell look at how dumb Maxine Waters is

  2. This just shows the fact they know if witnesses and documents are included in the trial Trump will be removed. They could care less about the truth.

    1. @Gary Vance You and people like you are unbelievable. It does not take an intelligent person to understand the cover up by Trump not allowing certain people to testify and blocking documents from being seen. As a matter of fact he is guilty of way more than he is being charged with. There were witnesses in both the Clinton trial and Nixon. Trump and McConnell are trying to pull a fast one on the American people. I’m sorry but there is no doubt in my mind this president needs to be removed if for nothing else all his lying to us all.

    2. Bite me. Don’t tell me to calm down. We have a wanna be dictator in the White House. That is his goal. He said so himself. He is a disgrace to the White House along with yourself. He will not be elected again. We democrats are going to see to it.

    3. @Bill Flyer Bill you are way to destressed about this joke of a Impeachment. Maybe you should step back and take a better look at it all.
So far as removing the man who has given us the best economy lowest unemployment cut tax’s nocked the hell out of Isis, today singed a tread deal with China that guarantees an extra four billion dollars exported from the U.S. and that’s just phase one. about to close the USMCA deal. And has taken a hard stand to protect Americans everywhere. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT.. However I think you are off you’re rocker.

    4. @Bill Flyer you sound like an over emotional woman. This isn’t going to endear anyone but the febrile to your position. Stop being unamerican and get with the program

    1. @Willie Speirs If your trying to imply that Democrats have any trace of decency your delusional. This group of Democrats couldn’t get any slimmer. They make snakes and rats look appealing and trustworthy.

  3. Hopefully all those voting in the senators election will remember how these Republicans actually voted on this impeachment

    1. If there is no smoking gun in the Impeachment, Democrats will lose seats for wasting everyone’s time and money.

    2. I’ll remember how corrupt the house was and how the Democrats behaved. Ya’ll are traitors to this country.

    1. Don’t worry, the dems have a rock solid case here. You should relax o your laurels. This time he’s toast. The last 8 attempts fell short, I know. Sad. But this time it’s for real. He’s going down🙄

    1. @Mo Fuggar The impeachment hearing was about finding if there was reason to impeach the President, evidence can be collected and submitted all the way until the Senate holds a vote (Senate acts as jury in impeachment hearings) and they can’t dismiss evidence or witnesses. Senate majority leader can- but there are laws to follow there aswell, if the Senate majority leader plays foul then he is also subject to criminal charges.

    2. @MrGlennJohnsen well the evidence so far is made up of, as the articles dont violate any U.S. code. By all means Google will tell you the articles presented aren’t applical U.S. code. I’ll simplify it for you. This is the part in You Got Mail where Tom Hanks can’t unsend that email to Meg Ryan and make it sound better.

    3. Americas had to sit this “credible testimony” BS alot these past few years. The hard evidence, the kind Adam Shiff had, where is it? This sh!ts not getting anybody impeached. I’m glad it costs a bunch of money though. I didn’t vote last time, was gonna for Tulsi this time. Hilldawg nuked Tulsi with good ole “Russian asset”. Warren just cut Sanders throat with the “woman hating” accusation. That probably won’t fracture any voter base exactly like it did in 2016. For real question right here. Do y’all want Donald Trump to win again? Because this is Donald Trump wins again.

    4. You have to have probable cause to start an indictment. And Trump has a right to meet his accuser in court according to the 6th amendment.

    5. The House proceedings were to establish evidence that supports the development of the Articles of Impeachment. The actually trial only begins NOW and there will be many potential entry points for new evidence, especially corroborating evidence for the original proposition.

    1. @Rob calm down. Rock solid case. Certain to remove from office. Nobody will ever threaten the power of the left again. You did it

  4. much like most of the trumps cabinet, she’s an ‘acting’ senator from a state where the voters rejected her… she’s merely in the position as political partisanship, not a genuine elected official. this should not be overlooked

  5. Three questions to ask the GOP:

    1. Why are you so scared of the truth
    2. What are you trying to hide
    3. What is more important; Donald Trump or the US constitution

  6. I just hope before the election this year, her opponent runs an ad about how Martha stood up in the room of republicans a couple of years ago and said “take their f**king healthcare”. Millions of poor Americans healthcare. A well kept secret in the military is that unless you’re damn good, you gotta seriously kiss some butt to get your colonel bird or generals star. McSally wasn’t damn good.

  7. When cnnn attacks Bernie they smirk, but when they get atacked they’re all butthurt! Don’t give a punch if you can’t receive one.
