I like party’s that don’t suppress our voters rights. And I like party’s that make it easier and fair to vote.
@V for Wombatsocial distancing helps save lives but right now there is a crisis with illegal border crossing and some facilities are at 100% capacity the same facilities that trump was acussed of putting kids in cages. Do you think that is dangerous? That is also causing more violence in mexico with cartels fighting for control. My in-laws live in juarez so I know what is happening but they don’t talk about that on the news.

to be accurate, trump is the person in the US MOST responsible for one of thw worst responses to the virus int he world, resulting in over 400,000 deaths when he was in office.
almost every other nation on earth handled it better.
it’s not as if it’s the first time trump failed, his response to the hurricane in Puerto Rico led to 5000 deaths.

@Noreb NO, trump got relief bills (bad ones but..), trump got tax breaks for the rich, etc trump got a lot done, just not good stuff. What will Biden do with the filibuster in place? He had a reconciliation bill right there and squandered much of it’s power. He’ll NEVER get the republicans to work with him, and despite his claims of being able to “work across the aisle”, he knows, we know, that is NOT true!

Sadly, there are men like Tim Scott, ClarenceThomas, and Burgess Owens who are okay with restricting the voting rights of people from their own race. In their small world, it seems as though money and power supersedes all else. They are actually willing to take their own people back to the Jim Crow era if it means furthering their own agendas.
MLK, John Lewis, and others civil rights leaders gave their blood, sweat, and tears to make life easier for those like Tim, Clarence, and Burgess. Some leaders even died to give them a chance to work in Congress and sit on the Supreme Court; yet, these very men could care less about the sacrifices that were done on their behalf. It’s truly shameful.

@Constituent A Yes, the medical benefits were great up until obamacare. It was affordable up until that. The best way to ruin the middle class is to shut down small businesses while leaving big businesses open. Those fear mongering points you refer to are actually happening. @M D No, medical benefits as an actual _benefit_ died in the early 1980s, when the unnecessary tax cuts for the wealthy were going to be paid for by taxing our employee benefits as _income._ To circumvent that, plans were devised to _charge_ employees for their “benefits”, thus making them a commodity rather than an actual benefit. All that did was price some people out of the market altogether, and no one was given a blanket across-the-board salary increase to compensate for what they lost in employee benefits. That was the beginning of the end of the middle class, and one can see it in the soaring disparity in income from that time forward. Obamacare was actually an attempt at restoring what the people lost some thirty years prior, but unfortunately contained compromises with the very party who took healthcare away from the people in the first place. Still needs repair, but don’t hold your breath waiting for any Republican to work on that, no matter what they promise.
@M D If you were indeed a constitutionalist, you would realize that the Republicans hold the unfair advantage right now because the Apportionment Act of 1929 altered the weight of electoral votes between the states in a grossly disproportionate way that the founders never, ever intended.

The democrats are censoring conservatives voices via big tech. Censorship like that is not what the founding fathers intended.
