I am so sorry for Mr Kirschner. He cares deeply about real justice, not just the dry letter of the law, and to have to swallow this horrible act, albeit legal pardons, must be disheartening. I just hope he keeps on fighting, society needs him and others like him, needs us to be like him.
I find myself going to Glenn’s video-casts, so I can hear reasonable, intelligent, dedicated tele-journalism..
You can see how Trump is being pushed and manipulated from people like the Texas AG. It is deep corruption here, not just one man. What about the donors! to GOP!? Are they dictating all of these moves to our law enforcement behind the scenes? Sick.
Trump has destroyed more lives and livelihoods by not governing and making sure his kids are raking as much influence and monies into the Trump Dynasty.
And while he is begging for money from his supporters Ivanka and husband spend 30 million on new property.
This is showing the rest of the world that America is impotent when they can’t remove a raving lunatic from office.

A pardoned person loses his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination, and thus can be compelled to testify fully under threat of a perjury charge, which would be a new, unpardoned crime.

No one should be able to pardon criminals without justification, especially a corrupt criminal like Trump. If a felon can’t vote or buy a gun, a felon should not be pardoned without legal justification.
