@James Lee If the work in Ukraine is criminal, then that makes Giuliani part of a criminal conspiracy. Giuliani doesn’t seem to be a very sharp lawyer, so he may not understand how the attorney-client privilege works. He may have thought his law license was a grant of immunity from prosecution. He’s said stupid stuff on TV like, “they forget that I’m a lawyer,” as though that excused his criminal behavior on Trump’s behalf.
