When we think of herbs we more than often think of backyard gardening, consuming the brewed leaves for the occasional cup of tea or medicine.

Our GIS News team caught up with a local producer of herbal teas who says her demand for herbs is more than she can supply and that’s where local farmers have the opportunity to gain a steady stream of income.
