My bet it’s just his way of getting out of signing it as he knows the Republican Party does not want the stimulus to be that high. Their win will remove Mc Connell so that the government can go about serving the people. There are more than 300 pieces of legislation that Mc Connell refuses to even discuss in the Senate let alone vote on them. Things are stagnant waiting for him while he plays politics and appoints hundreds of conservative judges that will grease the way or the republican party that may have cases before them. He’s for politics not the people.
