  2. Why are our analysts so afraid of changing the laws that are older than the country itself? These laws allow for Jamaicans to be robbed and thieves to stay in jail for less time than it takes to charge your phone.

That is what lead to this level of Fraud being allowed to go undetected for so long. The FSC and its Government Ministry that has it within their Remit issued this as a smoke screen is what he is alluding to.

  3. Clean house at FSC. People must be held accountable at all sectors, whether the oversight institution or the entity involved with the fraud. The credibility of Jamaica financial institutions MUST take precedent above all. Done
