What he means is that she didn’t have high expectation of herself. And it was NOT easy for Mr Francis to coach her prior to 2015 due to her lack of effort. She has admitted that it was after a strong talk from her coach that she started to put out the required effort and made the improvement. So it might appear that Bert Cameron has persuaded her fiancé to lure Elaine away from MVP so that his club can get a big sponsorship. This is NOT the first time that other local track club has been attempting to lure athletes away from the MVP to make a name for themselves.

I have always believed that Stephen Francis is a best coach ever just because of the type of athletes who he is and had developed compared to glen mills and in all honesty most of those athletes maybe all I have never heard about before as a dominating force before they join the MVP track club. As a matter a fact i believed if Shelly-Ann Frasier did not leave MVP i believe she would have broken the word record already. This is not only about Elaine this is a thing with black people in general, we easily betray one another as soon as we are put in a position to do so. How can someone be running world record times and could even be thinking about leaving that coach.
