The CCJ had NO JURISDICTION! Even one of the sitting judges had to RECUSE himself from that charade last week because he spoke at UWI (Mona Campus) that CCJ had no jurisdiction in this election case in Guyana.
For example, the CCJ ruled that Lowenfield should present ILLEGAL tabulations in the final count. That would not happen at all.
Anil Nadalall, et al, accused Mingo of presenting FALSE numbers in region four. The same Nandlall had to accept the fact that he had no proof of that accusation against Mingo and retract that case after the High Court judge reprimanded him.
The PPP has access to MILLIONS of dollars from stealing public funds. They used this war chest to influence many outsiders; including politicians especially in the US who have no idea where Guyana is located; much less au fait of the facts.
Everyone in Guyana witnessed those ballot boxes with fake names; missing poll books; missing verification signatures, etc. What happened is that Jagdeo promised Exxon Mobil that he would rip up the current oil contract and renegotiate it where Guyana’s oil would pretty much be given to Exxon for FREE. He did the same thing with Bai Shan Lin and the Indian company, Vaitara. They gave away our forest for more than twenty years FOR FREE! No taxes were paid to Guyana. Only Jagdeo and his friends and family benefited.
What we are seeing here is an attempt to remove a government by nefarious means with illicit actions. Nandlall is a LIAR! The interviewer isn’t even aware of the fact that Nandlall RETRACTED the case against Mingo! This is an example of what most overseas people are not aware of what is happening. The PPP has MILLIONS of DOLLARS in PUBLIC RELATIONS money. The current government of Guyana is reticent, but on the side of truth and justice!

Delite , of course, they would be right if the evidence is there for all to see. Like the evidence is right there for the whole world to see against President Granger and APNU. This social media is a powerful here is a powerful weapon to use against anyone. When this election is over and settled.
