Didn’t they say that they were replacing copper with Fiber Optics? Why are they still talking about copper?
Flow needs to commence a civil action against that perpetrator and sue him for damages worth the value of the items destroyed as well as the cost of reinstalling them. He must then work for the rest of his life to pay off that judgment, with interest!

It certainly is if you look at it from a safety, health, and security perspective. Destroying communications infrastructure is an assault, not only on the private sector, but also on the public as well. Consider the broadcasting of safety alerts, and community related information, then you get the full picture. Jamaica has a segment of population that is hell-bent on making sure that this nation becomes a “shithole” country.
