4 hrs in JNCB just to get to the Teller.
It’s the right time to ask this question, because I’m currently sitting in NCB and its horrible the number of people who are here and only two customer service agents are dealing with us.
The worst part is, they are moving at a snail’s pace. Why don’t they hirer more staff to deal with the customer service arm ?
They have several more counter areas and no one is sitting there. The wait can be tunbearable especially when you get to the bank so very early, but yet you have to wait for hours. Sad. Please improve! Mandeville Branch.
