I’m a vet and I’m literally crying. I think I know too much. I’ve read every report, letter, email, transcript, including the book Russian Roulette. I want NOT to watch. Congress failed. From the moment he won, republicans vowed to oppose him despite what was best for the American people. They put party first. Lastly, how convenient it is to forget the crisis our country was in when he was elected. He saved our economy, brought back jobs, killed Bin Laden, saved the entire auto industry…that’s just to name a few. Just think where our country would be if power hungry republicans had tried to work with him instead of making compromise a dirty word. I truly pray for our country…As a non-American I can say back in my country of Australia he was hugely popular. As he was giving you guys free health care and high taxes for the rich and Government support for the poor. Which in other western countries is a must have.
dan112020 You are very well informed. I have to admit that I never really listen to what was on the news and definitely stayed away from politics. I always cast my vote so I hope someone can forgive me. I think most Americans feel we can’t do anything. We have jobs, children, problems trying to pay bills so we let politicians do what they want. Now I’m trying to educate myself so I can stand up and try to make a better country for my children and grandchildren. Thank you for the information.
My late husband fought in the Vietnam War. I’m glad he does not get to see what the country has become.
