@Ellen Peba No they, but they are the closest to socialists the current US population will tolerate. Time to wake up to the FACT that most industrialized free countries are socialist to some extent. Canada, most of Europe, Japan, South Korea, Australia and many more countries are all socialist and guess what, the average citizen of most of these countries are waaaaaay better off than the average US citizen. So, you know, keep thinking that socialism = totalitarian regimes like the USSR and China, while your elite billionaires feed off you like the parasites that they are. Trump fights for his wealth, period, not for you.
How about saving lives? Isn’t saving lives good politics? If Trump had prioritized saving American lives from COVID-19, he’d be cruising to reelection.
Bur it never occurred to Trump that Americans value our lives, because he doesn’t.
Were democratic governors saving lives when they ordered Clovid patients into nursing homes killing thousands of elderly. Trump did save thousands of lives by implementing the travel ban from Europe and China which democrats accused him of being racist for which kept the China virus(It came from China) from killing may more.

@Tony Hovgaard This is a long discussion, but Tony I will tell you this, I said during the early 1980’s that our country was showing danger signs which was very similar to the Roman Empire. They were never really defeated on the battlefield but imploded within. I said that I could see the writing on the wall to my friends that it could be our fate also. The political environment now is dividing our country and you and I don’t want what might be around the corner. Unless reason prevails soon, well I don’t even want to go there. There are forces that are pulling the nation apart and a country divided will not stand

If the virus would make them money they would act. Hence expect nothing until that time when a vaccine will make them money. Science stands in their way.
But Trump is unable to govern well: he has the attention span of a 5 year old. He cannot handle two facts at the same time. He can build criminal cults of corruption.
