I heard what she said he said, and I am confused about why his comments are described as “bizarre.” He said what I might have expected him to say. Viktor Bout from 14 years under arrest in the USA, spent 15 months completely in a closed cell with no windows and there was only artificial lighting, with a concrete bed and a table. He has repeatedly complained to Russian diplomats that he is not receiving proper medical care. He has earned a lot of chronic diseases.
