I agree that the focus shouldn’t be on the sensational reports of hamburger tossing. Were I Melania, I would have sent him to his room without dinner, though. As for the china, he should be charged the replacement value or forced to do community service at a soup kitchen. However, the purpose of the hamburger tossing story is political. If he cannot be indicted, he can be and deserves to be smeared (for all the smearing he has done, starting with the Mexican people, the judge in Indiana, all through the “best people” he fired or couldn’t stand him any more, Liz Cheney and now Cassidy Hutchinson and hundreds of others) to the point that no one will vote for him except those who themselves throw hamburgers when they are angry, like two-year olds.

However, there are still quite a few that are “did you hear what happened in the beast”, “I know there was a conversation about him going into the chamber”, and things like “Tony relayed to me”. I still think her testimony is useful but only on a public opinion standpoint need more for the DOJ IMO.

@incognito In a court of law that would be true and the basis for excluding her testimony, for examply she reported what she heard someone else say about what happened in the SUV and clearly said she wasn’t there. But when she is in the room or standing in the door, that is direct testimony.

One part of her testimony can be validated. Just have the valet, who motioned for her to come into the dining room as he was cleaning up the mess, to sit down with the committee. If she was telling the truth then he can verify it. She has no reason to lie and she didn’t show the mannerisms of someone who is lying.
