Some of them deserve a second chance, but certainly not all of them. The fact is, a lot of them were given several chances to turn their life around prior to being incarcerated, so by the time they’ve been released their second chance had long since past them by.
You cant just give second chances to random killers just because they feel sorry. They should stay in the prison and face their consequences like everybody else.
Depend on God only, he alone can, he alone will fix it for you in the mighty name of Jesus.

Not everyone can be given a second chance. The mindset of many ppl cannot be changed. The question is how you going to know deserves a second chance from who doesn’t?
