Any use of nuclear weapons by Russia against Ukraine would lead to its forces being annihilated, the EU's foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said. #CNN #News

The fact that Russia thinks they can attack a country but can’t be attacked on their homeland is baffling
@John Muthan That’s what pu told you huh?
well they still only gets attacked on Ukraine land but you are 100 % right
@inertiaforce Do they even teach reading comprehension in trollskie 101? It is Ukraine’s homeland, not russia’s.
Comedian became president,
President became comedian.
Perfectly balanced
No, comedian became president, dictator became a pathetic crazy buffoon.
@Alan S Zelensky you mean?
Russia: “when nothing is going right, just turn left”.
@EDUARDO, naaaa wrong!

Sounds like Biden..
I love it when he said “ such a powerful answer”…The little dictator best take heed as he will NOT be able withstand the force of NATO …
This guys is from the e.u. not nato.. he should keep his mouth shut.
Truth
@EvilD81 2 years after the war is over we will have somewhat accurate numbers on casualties, until then talks about how much on side gets beaten are meaningless without explenation because now russia isnt beating its fleeing because they know they cant win, not because of some nato weapons which they had long before these resent succeses and during many defeats, but because ukraine said themselves they have a 1million man army against at best 350k pro russian troops and ukraine attacked holes in the frontline, how big the role of nato weapons was is up for debate but not clear at all, i could also argue that when looking at pictures and videos of ukrainian lossds of the past few weeks and the fact russia was at war for several months while being outnumbered is a sign for nato weakness, but i dont do that because i am able to think critically and not with my emotions which is really important in times of wsar.
The more I threaten with nukes, the more I am afraid.

😂
Lol
This is the most wanted answer from NATO. Excellent!
Yes chinese man
@Melvin Jansen Chinese food? Where? 🥢
@Darren Ó Máille yes, you are right. But I think I have conveyed the meaning which i want.
Both should start peaceful dialogue than killing poor families and animals. All these leaders will rot in hell for the curse of poor dying in this war. God will unleash the bad luck on the lands.
That’s what Putin should be told, well said
well it still increases the chances of nuclear war more
@Raymond Woods It is true 😅
Borrell absolutely rocks. That was the perfect message to send to the Kremlin. As do Michel and Von der Leyen tbh, the State of the Union address was rightly focused on Ukraine. This is the best EU leadership we’ve probably ever had. We do need to see more focus on strategic autonomy though and an EU arms procurement service would be a sensible next step.
Well said, the only way that it could be strengthend is by leaders of the eu like Germany and France actually sending the weapons they promised instead of giving excuses, but otherwise agree with everything said.

Finally someone steps up and tells Russia they will get punched in the face if they pull something. We need more rhetoric like that because that’s the only language they understand.
Absolutely correct.
@BlackWater 49 I don’t watch Russian TV, you have the Internet, check all this information. And also read the declassified CIA documents on how they sponsored fascism in Ukraine “operation aerodynamics”
Finally, the language that Putin understands has been used.🙏
@mollo tuka because nato will not allow dictators and tyrants to win in Europe. 😂
@Ricardo Mendes in this nato and the EU are aligned.
@Skayzi Try to see the similarities.
The occupation of foreign territories and the implementation of referendums with the aim of annexing them.
Has this been seen before?
On March 11–13, 1938, Nazi Germany annexed the neighboring country of Austria (Österreich). This event is known as the Anschluss. “Anschluss” is a German word that means “connection” or “joining.”
A referendum on the Anschluss with Germany was held in German-occupied Austria on 10 April 1938, alongside one in Germany. German troops had already occupied Austria one month earlier, on 12 March 1938. The official result was reported as 99.73% in favour,[3] with a 99.71% turnout.
Immediately after the Anschluss of Austria into the German Reich in March 1938, Hitler made himself the advocate of ethnic Germans living in Czechoslovakia, which triggered the Sudeten Crisis.
The following month, Sudeten Nazis, led by Konrad Henlein, agitated for autonomy. On 24 April 1938, the SdP proclaimed the Karlsbader Programm, which demanded in eight points the complete equality between the Sudeten Germans and the Czech people. The government accepted those claims on 30 June 1938.[
The Sudeten crisis of 1938 was provoked by the Pan-Germanist demands of Nazi Germany that the Sudetenland be annexed to Germany, which happened after the later Munich Agreement.
The Sudetenland was assigned to Germany between 1 and 10 October 1938.
Referendum in the Reichenebrg (today Liberec) region in the Sudetenland. According to the Munich Agreement in October 1938, Czechoslovakia had to cede the Sudeten German territories to the German Reich. The Sudeten Germans cast their vote concerning the annexation to the German Reich. 04.12.1938
Medal commemorating October 1, 1938 (Annexation Sudetenland)
The medal commemorating October 1, 1938, colloquially known as the Sudetenland Medal, was donated by Adolf Hitler in 1938 after the Munich Agreement. Now it is clear where Putin got the idea of awarding the order for the annexation of Crimea.
So many similarities with Ukraine are not accidental.
Is that all ?
Putin invaded Ukraine on February 24, 2022. Is that date significant for the Nazis? The Nazi Party of Germany was founded on February 24, 1920.
Maybe that’s why Ukrainians (and others) DON’T WANT TO BE PART OF THE RUSSIAN WORLD.
@Sir Oliver That is, the fact that the CIA sponsored the “aerodynamics operation” of fascism in Ukraine, that in Ukraine Stepan Bandera was awarded the title of hero of the country and erected monuments to him and named the streets after him, as their textbooks say about the superiority of the Ukrainian nation, that every year they hold marches with torches and flags of the OUN UPA – this does not make them a fascist state, and Russia a fascist state because it attacked Ukraine on February 24, right? You’re strange
I agree. It is very apparent that Russia would be no match against NATO. I figured that out as a young sailor back in the early 1980’s when I was sailing on a brand new destroyer with a dilapidated rust bucket Russian cruiser off our starboard beam
Im just horrified to see how intense the controlling of the narrarive and predetermining of opinions and especially lack of understanding or awareness of facts has become that even the absolut military powerhouse of the 1980s soviet union gets portrayed as some wesr african rebel state that could get wiped out with the blink of am eye
@Patrick C You should look up the term “mutual assured destruction” and educate yourself. But luckily, smarter people than yourself will be making the decisions…
@Genius der Weise
By the mid-late 1980s the Soviet Union was already pretty weak, hence the necessity for reforms which ultimately dismantled it.
(It peaked in the 70s compared to NATO)
1970s is the strongest Russia has ever been… and it’s strength has atrophied with Rust and severely reduced budget.
Rough translation of putin’s statement: Boo hoo, I’ve got no friends, I’m desperate, please help me!. Response: You’ve been such a bad boy that noone wants to help. It’s as if he doesn’t understand that killing innocent civilians and threatening nuclear war do not win you friends.
@Skayzi Why don’t you go do a survey on where to get better vodka, cause the type your drinking is obviously 99% isopropyl alcohol.
@Sigma Six what meds are you on, comrade?
@Frederick D. Provoncha All the information you can find and check
As a ex Army 19Delta Cav Scout I would have to agree with the analyst. Russian soldiers and their allies DO NOT want NATO forces or American forces on the ground or in the air. The results will be swift, pressurized and extremely powerful bringing only death and destruction to Russia and anyone within the war theatre aiding them. Russia as a whole would probably be turned to glass given the amount of nuclear reactions and the type of nuclear reaction. No panic people. We are more than capable and our allies are more than capable. Russia is a relic of the past militarily and within their own economy and infrastructure, they have a leader who is emotional rather than logical or cerebral and no civilization in history has ever survived at the hands of an emotional tyrant.
Hitler said the same thing
@Vasilevich Pavel as ny thoughts on the BIG GUY OR NANCYS STOCK DEALS? MY STUDENTS ARE CURIOUS IF YOU WANNA COME AND SPEAK.
nice propaganda piece
All he had to do was sit back and continue collecting his billions. But no…
It is very weird, I’ve often thought the same myself. The only thing I personally think it can be, is power. We will never know its true grip but it must be quite intoxicating to some people. Imagine, Putin could not buy the whole world, no matter how much money he has, but, he knows he has the power to end it! That must be one hell of a rush! 🇺🇦
The man is bored getting 😼 everyday and have everything.
When you have everything money can buy some head for space or even give it away. Putin, of course, could never slope off with “his” billions.
I stand with the statements made by EU official, I support it
Putin’s motto “If you can’t beat their army, beat their innocent civilians”.
Sort of like Iraq
@A Dee cry more, Red.
@Aristophanes’ Ghost is this the Ghost of Kiev?
@يوتوبيات only civilized people understand that. I guess you are not.
Albert Camus after WW2:
“We learned the secret of every victory. We learned that, contrary to our previous belief, the spirit can do nothing against the sword, but that the spirit united with the sword always remains victor over the sword drawn for its own sake. We only accepted the sword after we knew the Spirit was with us.”
Also Albert camus: hi
Or TL;DR: “Guts and weapons are better than weapons alone”.
Truly insightful

Well isn’t it astonishing how quickly Putler is changing his ‘tune’ when he knows we are not going to back down. This is the reason it is so very important to stand firm and never appease a terrorist! Besides, Putler was never going to use a nuke anyway. A man who hides for over a year in fear of Covid 19, is not exactly a suicidal man 😊
