Here comes the recession. It was bound to happen.
The original comment you responded to was, “Here comes the recession. It was bound to happen.” You imply that Obama is to blame for a prolonged time before the next recession because his recovery was slow. Two problems there. 1)- You are clearly assigning blame to the one who cleaned up the mess, Obama, without blaming the one who made the mess, Bush. To do that, you conflated recession with recovery. That’s called a “red herring”. Yes, the worse the recession, the longer the recovery. 2)- It doesn’t work that way. Recessions aren’t DUE to happen every seven years. It’s an average. You are doing some real mental gymnastics here in order to blame Obama and shift blame from Trump. It’s overly simplistic, uninformed, and an obvious attempt to create a false little narrative by attempting to use a technicality. You’d make a better spin doctor than an economist, that is if you were a right wing spin doctor who targets their message to dumbass Trump followers who don’t want to use their brains and only want to confirm their bias.

Whjerts 56 – Money isn’t everything, and regulations exist for a reason. In China, they put up skyscrapers five times faster than in the US. There are also no labor unions, the environment is bad, more construction workers die building those skyscrapers, and if the people complain..? Look at what’s happening in Hong Kong. Trump is acting reckless by making mindless rules about dropping two regulations for every new one. He is gutting the EPA and the FDA. He is letting polluters dump known toxins into the environment for financial and personal political gain. Wake up and smell the pesticides.
