  1. Doc sometimes it’s hard to do, not when stewpeas with pigtails, corn pork in coconut milk, potato pudding ect are around lol, then on a serious note there are persons who just have to eat what they have, like leftovers for breakfast, including rice, they just can’t afford to 👍🏼

  2. Cut out salt oil and table sugar, complete carbs eg breads and pastries meat and chicken. We should fast ideally 18:6 and get physical simply by doing yard or house work and keep hydrated only when thirsty try to avoid tap water. It wont be easy but mentally assert yourselves. More life and blessings❤🤗

  3. It’s difficult to eat healthy old time people never eat healthy and they are the ones living to see over 100 years the only thing I can encourage people to do is use less sugar and oil and drink water instead of sodas because people cannot afford it food is expensive
