Mother nature shows humans just how small we really are even with all of our technology
@Michael Downer like I said. Follow Jesus or perish in your sins.
@Dan Reyes Obviously you ignore his words. π
@Michael Downer Repent and Trust in Jesus or perish.
@Michael Downer John 3:16-18
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
I sure hope that drone made it out safely.
ME TOO! OMG! that poor drone , i’m shocked no one has set up a gofund me for the drone and it’s poor family , thoughts and nothings to the drones of the world !
Person on roof: Please help
Neighbor: Check out my drone.
Better off in the sky, than the fish dealing with the contaminated water. π
@Vengence is Mine Thx
thoughts and prayers…
I love Mother Nature… The more we drill and exploit her. She just goes like… here π¬οΈπππͺοΈ
Yeah cuz things like this nevrr happened until we started drilling…. π₯΄
Yet another reminder to not ever take our blessings for granted. For all of us who were lucky enough not to have been in such destructive, catastrophic, and devastating ordeal. We must count our blessings and be with all those who were affected, ( if at least in spirit) pray for everyone in Florida and Cuba. Itβs very comfortable to just sit and watch the news when one is so far away and not affected. Itβs unimaginable to even fathom what they went through and if that wasnβt enough, now comes the recovery and restoration period. I wish all those affected a speedy recovery and wish them all the best. And the least we can all do ( donate to the Red Cross, please) Thank you!
@Tsunami just move to Commifornia ππΎ
@Tsunami you never lived in Florida itβs so obvious. We have it way better than you.
It infuriates me when people leave their pets behind that is so mean. Take your damn pets with you
@Kathleen Irish Good for you for truly loving your family member who just happened to be a cat. Hate to say it, but not cool of your family to reject your cat. It’s not like it’s a huge animal.
Florida is gonna Florida, what did you expect?
@Jay Dub pets are property they are not human or just important. Imagine staying at home with your pet and leaving your wife, a widow and your kids fatherless. Is your pet worth that? If it is more important than your children and wife I question that judgement.
@Rhonda Unger where I work I place squirrel food out for the birds and squirrels to eat. When I go to work tomorrow I will still place food out for them, most of the animals that live outside on the property will not be dead some how they will manage it.
Every new storm people say it was so strong that was never seen before but when you say electric cars they will cut your head off.
I feel sorry every time but also angry because there is a global problem and people are responsible for that, and politicians are to corrupt to address that!
@David Hansen So living in Montana you are riding your horse growing your own vegetables, have a stream of fresh water behind your house, a few chickens, and a dog. You are the only one to understand how life supposes to be. I live 23 years in San Diego and I wish to have one more life to live right here.
@Sash U we can’t solve problems that don’t exist! Virtually everything we use, worldwide is based on petroleum by products! Hydrogen or nuclear power are the only viable alternative for supplementing fossil fuel. A little research might help you understand, give it a try.
@Sash U yeah, life isn’t supposed to be living stacked on top of eachother, worrying about if you’re going to be robbed, having to conserve water in a drought and paying 3k for a 2 bedroom apartment. π€·πΎββοΈ Life is good here. To each their own though. If you want to live like that so be it but California is continuing to go down hill while other states are flourishing. ππΎ
@David Hansen I do not have any problems in San Diego. I work in the housing industry have no kids only a dog and I take a vacation all over the US twice a year. I understand your point also.I only hope that you will leave some of this planet to your kid’s grandkids a so on.
i feel like by the time people repair their houses, theyβre already getting ready for the next hurricane, thereβs been a major one every year ,, how do people put up with it?
like idk how id react if the weather was trying to actively rip my house out of the ground
@Ashleigh Elizabeth
Lightning tends to strike in the same place time after time. The Empire State Building is hit 20 or 25 times a year. Once it was hit 8 times in 24 minutes.
We don’t have a major storm every year.
@Mason Dixon Piper Wow. You’ve quite the imagination.
I have lived in Florida my entire life and I am 51.. I live right by the Gulf of Mexico. Never once had to rebuild a home due to hurricanes. As a matter fact I stayed home during this storm and sustained no damage to the complex I live in except for some trees down. It’s been more than 100 years since Tampa Bay has been hit by a major hurricane. Irma did some damage down south when it came thru in 2017. Charley did some damage back in 2004 and Andrew back 1992. It’s not as if hurricanes are rolling thru every other year.
Holy crap, the US just cant catch a break at the moment.
You mean DS.
Flooding was the big issue here. The homes look okay from above but total loss with the storm surge. This is what happens when you build this close to the sea. It will always be temporary.
I am a Floridian and my heart goes out to all!
I build my house with steel. Itβs fine. Cheap people build with wood
Guys, HERE is The Savior
YaH The Heavenly FATHER HIMSELF was Who they Crucified for our sins and βHERE IS THE PROOFβ
From the Ancient Semitic Scroll:Β
“Yad He Vav He” is what Moses wrote, when Moses asked YaH His Name (Exodus 3)
Ancient Semitic Direct Translation
Yad – “Behold The Hand”
He – “Behold the Breath”
Vav – “Behold The NAIL” <β YaHβs Crucifixion He - "Behold the Breath" βBehold the HAND that Beholds The NAILβΒ PROVES - YAH The Heavenly Father HIMSELF was Who they Crucified That is EXACTLY what Moses Wrote Here is what they mean YaH's Name: (Ya)d + (H)e, as YaH is what Moses called Him and YaH Declared: "this is My Name, this is My Name for all generations" (Exodus 3) YaH is The Creator of βMANβ: Yad He, (HAND BREATH), as YaH's "HAND" Formed man from the dust Β of the Earth and His "BREATH" made him a living being (Adam) YaH's Sacrifice of Crucifixion for βMANβ: Vav He (NAIL BREATH), the "NAIL" through YaHβs "HAND", in Sacrifice of Crucifixion, that whosoever shall call YaH Savior, His βBREATHβ brings forth life (Salvation) How YaH arrives: YaH arrives via the Tent of Meeting (Exodus 33:7:11, Isaiah 54, 55), where a Tent is erected outside the city, a cloud descends upon the entrance of the Tent and YaH appears... Why they demanded YaH to be Crucified: YaH was Crucified according to Hebrew law (Deuteronomy 21), to be Hung on an Almond Tree for BLASPHEMY as it was for His NAME they demanded Him Crucified. The Messiah claimed He was YaH... HE WAS YaH!!! HalleluYAH translates βPraise ye YaHβ The Hebrew Book of Isaiah Isaiah 42:8 "I am YaH; that is my Name! I will not yield my glory to another or my praise to idols. Isaiah 43:11 I, I am YAH, and there is no other Savior but Me. Isaiah 45:5 I am YaH, and there is none else.
Correct and sadly this should be used as an opportunity NOT to rebuild where storm surge occurred, this will only become more frequent with man accelerated climate change, but you can 100% bet the dumb option will be chosen and rebuilding will occur in the the line of fire.
@Battleneter You make a fair point but I would add that this is a free country but they should not be able to get insurance.
@michael orfanos “Its a free country” is no excuse for abysmal decision making, that kind of attitude is why the US is falling behind many other developed countries in so many areas.
Anyone who has lived in FL coastal situations knows that the water, salt, sand, and wind are constantly attacking any structure on the shoreline, even in good weather. You might not realize it as you bask in the sunshine, but the ocean is corrosive in its own way.
@John Donne Show Secretary?
The flooding in Pakistan is 1000x greater than this. That is a true cataclysm.
Horrible pics from FL – I hope you are fine! It is hard to see – here from Germany.
My thoughts and prayers are with all concerned. β€οΈ πΌπ»πΊπΈ

So, emptiness then.
What exactly do you imagine your thoughts will accomplish in helping people in this situation? Perhaps they can pay contractors with empty boxes full of thoughts and prayers.

Oh now wonen need men?
Starting to wonder how many more climate events and viral catastrophes we can endure before the American insurance industry collapses completely

Nobody’s hoping, people that rebuild recouped well enough money to profit even if they have to rebuild once every 15 years. People legit expect this to happen. You have it backwards lol
Is it really that hard to understand that you can make a profit off a beach side business even if it get destroyed consistently. You gotta learn economics.
Sorry for what everyone is going through. Glad I never moved to Florida.

I hope everyone was able to make it out safely. Prayers are with the people affected by this horrible Hurricane. π
Gods do not exist.stop praying
@Obsolentbutcool wow the blind watchman fallacy. How old are you? That argument has been debunked for half a century π€¦ββοΈ
I have a overwhelming sense that this place will experience another devastating disaster! This is not the end of devastation, but the beginning of sorrow. Those who say they have never seen storm violence like this, sadly, they won’t be able to say: “they have never seen a storm like this” oh no, devastation will happen again, this is not the end but the beginning. I say this with sadness but it is going to happen again.π’
