I also don’t think COVID is a hoax, but if we’ve either vaccinated the most vulnerable demographic or given them the option to be vaccinated there’s absolutely nothing wrong with relatively healthy people holding off on a vaccine for a virus that their immune system is likely just as effective at fighting off the virus efficiently as a vaccine that has killed people and left them with life altering side effects

I’m not “shitting” on anyone, it’s a free world, if you don’t want to take it that’s 100% fine as long as you’re not endangering people with your other actions. I’ve seen what this virus can do and believe me, dying alone without your loved ones and with tubes rammed down your throat is not a good way to die. But your “choice” affects everyone around you. If enough people get vaccinated, that protection goes up to near 100%.
If there are too many selfish and scared folks who can’t understand basic statistics, the rest of us only ever get that 80% protection and we face more and more variants the vaccines are less and less effective against (if we are lucky, the variants might be less deadly, so tiny possible silver lining to all the pointless deaths stacking up in the meantime).
