The head of the GSA, EMILY MURPHY, a Trump appointee, is required by law to issue a letter of acceptance from the election results that will enable the incoming administratins to get funding for the transition and able to get security updates.
Trump and his enabler claim that “none of the results are certified” and refuse to accept them, although Trump declared on election night that he had won Michigan- even though all the votes had not been coutned and the “results weren’t certified.
She’s refused to do so on orders from the Trumphouse (remember the Tump-appointed director of the IRS (still in office) , who is legally required to release Trump’s tax filings to congress and refused to do so?
Remember when the Trump-appointed Postmaster crippled the postal service during the largest mail-in voting the history of the country, was ordered by Federal court to restore all of the the damge he had done, and refused to do so?)
According to reputable reporting, EMILY MURPHY she is looking for a job, and will probably get hired by a shady law firm for a 6 figure salary.
We can only hope that when Biden takes office and the justice department is freed of politics, there is a serious independent review of cases, and these people will be held liable.
They have all broken the law.
As long as we have McConnell, Graham, and the rest of the rabid deniers in power, not a hope.

There is no race- just look at the numbers. Trump has filed frivolous law suits that have all been dismissed or denied- by REPUBLICAN judges.
Just another con to get his base to donate to his “legal Defense Fund” Read the small print. As long as he can convince you that he is “fighting”, you keep donating..raising money for his “legal defense” – the money can go to pay off his debt, not his “legal” fight.
Remember when he said he would self-fund his campaign? If he is so rich that he can afford himself, why is his he, personally, and his campaign in debt?
Remember when he siad he would donate his presidential salary? Where was it donated? Guess it went to the Trump Charities, which were shut down because of fraud and self dealing.
Or maybe to pay off the settlement for Trump University- shut down for fraud.
He’s stiffed almost every city he’s had a rally at (at taxpayer expense) to the tune of several million, and everyone else who extended him credit.
He can’t get real lawyers, because he has no legitimate case, and they know he’s a deadbeat.
So how is he broke and conning his supporters?
Maybe if he’d release his tax returns, we’d know.
YOU owe it to America to accept the voice of the people, to accept a legitimate and fair election, stop spreading Trump disinformation and stop trying to undermine the Constitution and our country.
There has been no evidence of election fraud- attested to by REPUBLICAN Secretaries of State, (except by the RNC and Senate Republicans- remember when they put up fake ballot drop-off boxes in California that were almost identical to the real ones? What happened to those votes?)
Trump refuses to concede, because that “none of the elections have been certified,” yet he tweeted that he won Michigan- well before all votes were counted and still isn’t “certified”.
The votes were split tickets- if Trump “won” due to massive fraud, them the majority ot REPUBLICAN senators would not have been re-elected.
How much proof do you need to accept that Trump is a career con man?

There would be a bunch of Biden voters infuriated that their perfectly legal votes were thrown out on BS technicalities. I know my mail-in vote was legal, on time, and by the book. I would be infuriated to know that, as Lindsey Graham wanted, my vote was discounted simply because there was a high rate of questionable signatures in my county.
Then, Trump is re-inaugurated. We see light at the end of the tunnel with Biden building a team of actual, serious scientists getting ready to end this pandemic. But Trump extinguishes that light by continuing to do nothing about it except lie and complain about Democrat Governors. A newly emboldened McConnell refuses to pass an adequate relief bill. A newly emboldened Trump goes full authoritarian as Trumpers ridicule Biden for wandering in the woods, disenchanted, with Hillary Clinton.
Liberal patience is GONE. Of course, when we protest, we’ll be called a “mob”. Trump would DEFINITELY be impeached again. For what? For SOMETHING. He is incapable of respecting the boundaries of the law. EVERY president faces fierce opposition in a second term. That steady 41% approval rating? Gone. Even the MAGA crowd would get sick of him. GW Bush left with 28% approval. Even Republicans had to admit the Iraq war was a debacle, and it wasn’t because of the war alone that his numbers dropped.
Trump has no interest in actually governing. He’d be rapidly aging and probably facing health problems. Even he might have a moment of clarity and realize his mortality, finding his years on Earth ticking away while he’s forced to do a bunch of stuff he hates doing. He might long to escape and go enjoy his wealth while he still can. Of course, he would just refuse to do the ceremonial things and attend the “boring” meetings. He’d get especially apathetic about even trying to explain his ambiguous statements and suspicious behavior. That would lead to people turning away from him en masse.
He needs to be a man for once, concede, and quit while he is ahead as much as he can be.
