Dominica Set to Open New Waitukubuli National Trail

The Discover Dominica Authority and the Waitukubuli National Trail Project (WNTP) will officially open for the first two segments of the Waitukubuli National Trail (WNT) at the Summer Adventure and Hike Event, scheduled for Sunday, Aug. 29. When complete, the WNT will be the first walking trail to traverse the entire island, running from the south to the north and encompassing 115 miles. The WNT will be divided into 14 segments varying from easy family hikes to longer, more challenging hikes. Each trail will offer views of Dominica’s vibrant natural landscape, pristine waterfalls and lush rainforests.
