I think there is a difference. Flynn was set up and without legal counsel at his first meeting with the FBI. The full force of a hell bent team of federal prosecutors used his bones to make their bread. Flynn’s new lawyer is on the case. Let’s see what she comes up with. McCabe prepared to go before Congress and lied. Let’s see how it shakes out.
