Dog cannot be held accountable for attacking people we as humans should be more responsible how can a 5 year old child be going to shop on his own
Precisely!!! A five-year-old is not cognizant of his surroundings.

Cyber Punk u are correct a yrs old child should not be in the street by himself .Moreso going to the shop to make a purchase. The dogs cannot be held accountable.However the owner should be held accountable as well as the dogs put down .They are dangerous dogs and cannot be controlled by the owner or owners therefore they should be put away . Once a dog bit a child that dog is no good.The law should have been implemented years ago and not just now .Just the same Parents should be charged for carelessness as well as negligence when it comes to a child .My sympathy goes out to the child and my prayers for a speedy recovery
