Someone should do a study on whether or not reducing the number of parliamentarians in Canada saves Canadians money.
Done and yes it will.
freezing the prices on already too expensive food isnt going to help.
furthermore the quility of the no name brand stuff is horrible.
get your glutton, salt, and fat in high amounts.
No Name is made often by the same companies. They own more of the market by being their own competition. Spend more, who cares.
Didn’t everyone already know this? Is this news?
You forgot to factor in taste.
Wow shocking. Didn’t know that no name was cheaper than other brands. Thank you for your insight.
“No name” is a basically a “name” though.
Just an FYI the Trudeau government gave the Loblaws 12 million last year.
Is this sponsored by No Name? This would be called Damage Control…
37$ for 10 items. That’s some nice inflation
You measure per unit grams?
I always buy no name unless it is a product I do not like the taste of or if sometimes there is a sale on a name brand product that is cheaper.
“No name” products are cheaper than other products. News at 5! 😂🤣
Self-discipline … just buy Named stuff when it’s on sale.
The stores often buy brand name items and repackage them to their no name brand. I worked at such a factory for a week. Safeway, Loblaws, Walmart etc. I didn’t eat dates for about a year afterwards.
No they don’t
cheaper but quality wasn’t mentioned
No name + 30% discount is huge for myself, save so much money.
Look into the products, some of them are brandname with a NN label slapped on it.
What a waste of taxpayer money. Anyone can do this online without buying anything. And the key thing is if you’re really sacrificing quality for the cheaper price.
Primo Pasta sauce is always at Dollar Tree $1.50, Chips as well again $1.50. Our family tries to buy as much Made in Canada by Canadian ingredients as possible. Supporting Canadian Companies. Example Primo Ketchup.
No name brands would be price inflated eventually
Of course the N.N. products are going to be cheaper than brand name products in the same store! Dumbest comparison I’ve ever seen!!! Should have went to Food Basics and bought brand named products there and compared with N.N. products…. Also, 70% of N.N. products taste awful.
