Tier 2 or any tier is disgusting. Someone needs to bring in the kidnappers and put them on public display. Young adults and children don’t ever trust a stranger or an offer that looks too good to be true. I am an elder and I still never go anywhere without out telling someone and I leave info behind. I would even tell my Dad if I have to where I am or going.
I really wanted to hear the thoughts and questions from the guy but his colleague kept cutting him off – even during the thank you’s! Geez!
