I think the reason these gangs are still doing wrongs is that as soon as the poor police get them lock up they’re out on bailed, how can anyone approved or give bail to a none active citizen with no business ties to the country or anyone to swear for him as an outstanding citizen to even be considered bail. The justice system needs to change because they get bail and go back and do the same mayhem.
