Due process requires involvement in the process and not only did he not participate but he did not allow people close to him involved to participate.
When Clinton was impeached, it was after a long and expensive fishing expedition on Whitewater that came up empty. What happened next would have been thrown out of any legitimate criminal trial as “entrapment”. Sometimes one punch to a bully’s nose can save you years of abuse
