But these are not the only two criminal statuses. There’s “Suspected” (under investigation), and then formally “Accused” pending trial and a jury verdict. You may ultimately be found not guilty, but meanwhile you’re in jail or wearing a GPS monitor.

Most of the jobs were in health care and tech did you even look at the job report.
Not to mention most of that statistical data is collected right around the holidays when there is simply a spike in temporary retail positions that once the holiday rush is over, those jobs are to. At best it’s misleading statistical data.
