@Dave Schultz They are also lawyers, constitutional lawyers, like some of your country’s founders. The purpose was to interpret the constitutional grounds for impeachment not to review the evidence which was done already. If more Repubs were responsibly involved in this proceeding, they might have had a bigger role in selecting who was there. They dropped the ball.
