Honestly, forget the contact tracing…it is impossible at this point. Also forget all this testing, which is pointless if it takes a week or ten days to get back. What a waste of money and time. Protect yourself with mask, goggles, cleaning. Isolate as much as possible. Go to hospital if you get sick enough to do so.
You’re absolutely right! Testing gives you information, when to go into lockdown ( 1 week ago ) and when to reopen cautiously ( 6 to 8 weeks from now). Then and only then contact tracing is an option to contain ’embers’. Looking for embers in a blazing forest fire is pointless.
I am pretty sure you need to remind the public every day that 50 million people died during the Spanish flu 100 years ago. 665,000 Americans died as a result. We are on our way again. This will collapse America as we knew it.

We’re heading for “herd immunity”, it’s too late BUT 2/3 of the mildly infected won’t develop antibodies. This is here to stay.
Seriously, We may be at 10% or close to 15% now, some may only be immune for a few months, and they can contract it again.
HERD IMMUNITY wouldn’t happen, until at least 70% or more have been recovered, If they Remain Protected. Do you realize how many people will die or suffer long term damage?
MINIMIZE MOVEMENT, 6FT apart, Mandatory Masks, Sanitizer, Shut down inside Bars, Outside IF 6 Ft apart, Outside Dining, Only work where safety measures are taken.
