So, I repeat… THE LAW gave them permission to shoot him EVEN THOUGH he is fleeing. Obviously, many ppl may have issues with that, but UNDER CURRENT LAW … the shooting is justified. So, the dummy here is the likes of yourself who didn’t listen to THE WHY of this shooting being justified or that you’re mentally inept to understand it even if you did listen. Based on that camera, I might be inclined to agree that the officers thought they were being attacked with the car. So it’s an understandable reaction and it would be hard to hold them responsible for that. I mean, they didn’t have him in handcuffs with a knee on his neck.
