Stealing in the first place is wrong but from a museum is among the *worst* kinds of thefts. The theifs aren’t taking from a single wealthy person or group. When thieves steal from a museum they’re robbing *everyone* of the valuable cultural & historical items they have taken.
These items are considered national treasures of the German people. It would be like stealing the Liberty Bell, the British Crown Jewels, or burning down St Basils cathedral in Moscow. The history & cultural loss is completely unimaginable.
