Secondly the candidate with the winning number of votes has always been referred to as the president-elect, certified or not, by both major parties. @Hal Wakka ~ You take it as an argument; personally see it as debating a point, exchanging and challenging views. Not necessarily disputing some of the crude mechanics at work, just pointing out how it’s not so simple, that there is a bit more to the calculation than just that.
For example: He holds a statewide position where a Democrat just won the Presidency, and the Governorship almost went to a Democrat, and he only narrowly won over a Democrat himself to win his job. Duncan can’t get fired for being honest, but he will run for reelection at the end of his term. Keep in mind that 10 out of the 12 Georgia Lt. Governor’s have been Democrat since the office was created after WWII, and that Georgia is turning Democrat. So, keeping his job isn’t guaranteed, anyway. His partisan political games and lack of candor could just as well cause him to lose his job, instead of enabling him to keep it.

In fact, I am still relatively confident that most republicans, same as most democrats, are honest enough not to outright violate the law.
Why should they? Election tampering is a felony. It’s likely that whoever engages in it – at a sufficiently large scale to turn the election (10.000+ votes) – will be caught in the process. Also, at the time the perpetrators are convicted, we will have a President Biden that will not pardon anyone (Rep or Dem) convicted for election fraud.

My stance is not that fraud “definitely” occurred but that there has been substantial affidavits, punishable by perjury, filed in multiple states, that we ALL allow for Americans to get the questions answered.
