An Agenda should have a minimum of fourteen days in advance before the date of the meeting..especially if there will be more than one speaker participating in the open agenda..Some others might have to reschedule some of their personal appointments: such as Dr.appointment,Dentist appointment and some other personal entities that might need sudden changes..As of that an agenda needs at lease two weeks in advance to be handed out for an up coming meeting;followed by an email or a phone call a day a head of the meeting as a friendly reminder,about the meeting..
