Cops involved in fatal Rayshard Brooks shooting won’t face trial

A Georgia special prosecutor determined that the two Atlanta police officers involved in the fatal shooting of Rayshard Brooks in June 2020 “acted in accordance with well-established law” and were “justified in the use of force.” Special prosecutor Pete Skandalakis said Tuesday he plans to dismiss criminal charges against officers Garrett Rolfe and Devin Brosnan.   2. I can tell you from personal experience that if someone managed to grab my gun from me, taser from me, my ASP or my pepper spray I would not wait around to see what that person’s intentions were. It’s a deadly force situation, end of story.

    3. Wait? What was the experience? You say you had one, which sounds specific, but then list random possible things you may have had disarmed. So, what’s the actual story? BTW, he was running away when he got shot. Kinda obvious what his intention was….to get away. Which is the case most of the time, but the cops love shooting people in the back.

    5. It is for children. It’s the ultimate teaching tool. Just tell the little darlings, ‘learn the laws and don’t ever break them, but if you do for whatever reason, be mature and responsible enough to face the consequences when you are caught. Listen to the cops, comply with them and don’t resist arrest or else, the Bogeyman will get you’.
